Google India appoints Shekar Khosla as VP marketing

Shekar Khosla was earlier the chief commercial officer at Kellogg.

Shekar Khosla was also with Unilever for over 20 years in different capacities.

Google India has appointed Shekar Khosla as its VP- marketing. With almost three decades experience, Khosla joins from Kellogg Company, where he was the chief commercial officer (digital transformation, revenue growth management, sales and marketing). He was with Kellogg for almost nine years.

Prior to that, Khosla was with Unilever for over 20 years in different capacities.

Simon Kahn, vice president-marketing for Asia Pacific, Google, wrote about this development on LinkedIn. "Shekar brings a wealth of experience in developing purpose-driven brands across both emerging and developed markets of Asia pacific, Middle East and Africa. He is a strong advocate of inclusion and allyship, which is central to our Culture at Google"
