Aditi Anand, who led L'Oréal Professionnel as general manager - marketing, is moving on from the company.

She stated, "Earlier this week, I took my final flight to Mumbai. Over the last two years, I have taken more than 200 weekly flights between Delhi and Mumbai, flying out of Delhi every Sunday and returning on Thursday. Friends, family, and well-wishers have often asked me how I did this week-on-week for two straight years. How have I not burnt out? Why am I not angry or, worse, sick? “It’s all in the mind”," has been my standard response.
