As the head - creative strategy for Coca-Cola, India and South West Asia, Anand led Creative Strategy for Coke in India and Southwest Asia. In this role, I was responsible for translating the Brand and Business strategy into a Consumer Strategy and communicating the same through rich, immersive platform ideas.

Aditi Anand, who led L'Oréal Professionnel as general manager - marketing, is moving on from the company.

She stated, "Earlier this week, I took my final flight to Mumbai. Over the last two years, I have taken more than 200 weekly flights between Delhi and Mumbai, flying out of Delhi every Sunday and returning on Thursday. Friends, family, and well-wishers have often asked me how I did this week-on-week for two straight years. How have I not burnt out? Why am I not angry or, worse, sick? “It’s all in the mind”," has been my standard response.

She further added, "As I start my final countdown, I intend to spend the next few weeks practicing JOMO, unwinding, and preparing to step into a brand-new life."
