Global news: HSBC picks Omnicom Media Group as its media agency

Following a six-month review, global banking major HSBC selected Omnicom Media Group as its media partner.

Following a six-month long competitive pitch, Omnicom Media Group has successfully retained the media planning and buying account of banking major HSBC.

Omnicom-owned PHD Media had been handling the British Bank’s media planning and buying since 2018. In October last year, HSBC initiated a global review of its media account.
