Creative Synergies Group appoints Malhar Barai as vice president - marketing
Previously, Malhar Barai was senior director - marketing at Affle.
Malhar Barai started his career at True Solutions and went on to work across Quinnox, Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra.
Malhar Barai, who led Affle as senior director - marketing, has been appointed by Creative Synergies Group as vice president - marketing.
In his past role, Barai drove the corporate marketing function focusing on brand lift, employer branding, PR & Thoughtleadership.
His roles and responsibilities included conceptualising and orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns. He drove campaigns to focus on brand lift, and focused on omnichannel marketing strategies for brand building and lead generation.
Barai started his career at True Solutions and went on to work across Quinnox, Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra.
As the group manager - digital marketing and strategy at Tech Mahindra, he planned and executed integrated digital marketing campaigns utilizing owned, earned and paid media. He managed social media activities and looked into media buying.
