Home appliances company Havells India increased its standalone advertising and promotion spending by 7.7% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

The company's ad spending rose to Rs 142.27 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Rs 132.09 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

However, on a sequential basis, the promotion and ad spending saw a decline of 19.92%. Havells India spend Rs 177.66 crore in the October-December quarter (Q3) FY 25.

Further, the standalone profit of Havells India has increased by 16.35% to Rs 522.26 crore between January and March FY25. And, the revenue from the operation of the company surged to Rs 6,532.21 crore in Q4 FY 25 versus Rs 5,434.34 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

The revenue of the company was largely driven by cables and Lloyd consumer segments. The sales and operating revenue from cables stood at Rs 2,169.37 crore while from Lloyd Consumer, it stood at Rs 1,869.97 crore. Electrical and consumer durables' revenue was at Rs 995.92 crore in Q4 FY25 while switchgear accounted for Rs 691.36 crore, respectively.
