Swiggy launches marketing solutions to boost restaurant brands and customer engagement

Online food ordering platform Swiggy has launched marketing solutions to boost the brand presence of restaurants and drive more customer engagement.

According to a report by the Press Trust of India (PTI) news agency, Swiggy will provide online marketing services pan-India by leveraging social media platforms, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

The services include influencer marketing, advertisement, and WhatsApp marketing. The strategy would help drive traffic to the menu pages of restaurants on the Swiggy application.

Swiggy said that its partners can avail of the new marketing solution via the restaurant services icon on the Swiggy Owner app.

Last week, Swiggy's quick commerce vertical, Swiggy Instamart appointed Himavant Srikrishna Kurnala as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Product. Additionally, Mayank Rajvaidya joined as the Vice President (VP) of Fruits & Vegetables at Swiggy Instamart, and Manu Sasidharan joined Swiggy Instamart as Associate Vice President (AVP) of the FMCG Category.
