Godrej Consumer makes changes in the senior management team

Ashwin Moorthy and Harshdeep Chhabra inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee and now part of the senior management.

Godrej Consumer makes changes in the senior management team

Godrej Consumer Products Limited made several changes in the Senior Management Team. Robert Menzies, Global Head of Category Direction and Innovation, also a member of Senior Management, moved to a subsidiary with effect from August 26, 2024, to lead the proposed Pet Care business as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ashwin Moorthy, currently the head of marketing for GCPL’s India business, has been given the additional role of Global Head of Category Direction and Innovation. Moorthy has also been inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee and will be part of the senior management.

Harshdeep Chhabra, presently working as Head Global Media COE, was also inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee and is now part of the senior management. He has two decades of expertise and experience in media and advertising. Prior to joining Godrej, he was Senior Vice President at Mindshare, responsible for driving client relationships and delivering brand growth.

Former Creative Chairperson of FCB India, Swati Bhattacharya who joined the company as the Global Head of Lightbox Creative Lab in September, will also be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee. Darshan Gandhi, Head of the Design Lab, was inducted into the global committee, too.
