Nilesh Kotalwar will focus on building a robust online network strategy, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall online consumer experience.

Honasa Consumer Limited, the holding company of brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt and Dr Sheth's, and the fastest-growing BPC brand in India, appoints Nilesh Kotalwar as Senior Vice President – Online Revenue & Growth.

In his new role, he will spearhead the online revenue strategy, driving growth and profitability for Honasa Consumer's diverse portfolio of brands, including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Dr Sheth’s, and Bblunt. He will focus on building a robust online network strategy, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall online consumer experience.

Kotalwar is an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow and has experience in the FMCG domain. He has managed cross-functional teams in various roles across revenue channels, with expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, customer & shopper marketing, and brand management. His career includes roles at conglomerates like Godrej Consumer and Hindustan Unilever. In Hindustan Unilever, apart from sales and marketing, he played a pivotal role in Center of Excellence team to develop and roll out new age digital and tech tools. Most recently, he served as AVP - Business Transformation at Godrej Consumer Product Limited.
