Mondelez International elevates Vidya Kailasam Hangal to Director - Omnichannel
In her new role, Vidya Kailasam Hangal's responsibility will include leading the organized trade vertical of Mondelez India Foods and delivering the modern trade (B2C and B2B) and E-Commerce (Quick commerce, E-Grocery and E-marketplaces) business for the India BU.

Vidya Kailasam Hangal, who led Mondelez International as head - omnichannel, has been elevated to the position of director - omnichannel.
In her new role, her responsibility will include leading the organized trade vertical of Mondelez India Foods and delivering the modern trade (B2C and B2B) and E-Commerce (Quick commerce, E-Grocery and E-marketplaces) business for the India BU. As the former head of omnichannel at Mondelez International, Hangal delivered revenue for a mix of Organized Offline Retail and Digital Commerce (E-Grocery and Quick Commerce)
Hangal began her career at Infosys Technologies as a software engineer and worked across The Coca-Cola Company, Novartis Consumer Health and Britannia Industries.
Hangal has led and grown legacy brands through difficult business cycles and disruptive pricing changes (Candy/Biscuits/Colas) and built key account management and operations experience for Modern Retail and E-commerce for multiple food FMCG categories.
