Manish Dubey, who led Pidilite Industries as chief marketing officer, has been elevated to the position of chief business officer, Fevicol.
Dubey began his career at Asian Paints as group brand manager and went on to work across General Mills and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.
He is an expert in D2C in the services space and was a builder of direct-to-customer online business at ICICI Prudential. The business grew 20x in six years. The growth was achieved through innovative offerings, data led insights, re-imagining of the customer experience, working with various platforms partners and launching new website and app.
Dubey is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
