The Global Pioneers Summit is a celebration and exploration of the transformative potential of creativity, empowering individuals and businesses to think differently, act boldly, and craft a future that resonates with purpose and vision. Creativity is not just about artistic expression — it is a force for solving real-world problems, innovating products, and creating connections in ways that traditional methods cannot. And there are pioneers behind this shift, who have dared to think different.

From groundbreaking innovations to impactful storytelling, join key decision-makers and innovators from business, marketing, advertising, tech, and academia to exchange insights, build connections, and draw inspiration from some of the most compelling work driving industries forward globally. Known to many simply as "Dev", Bulchandani’s inspiring journey and pioneering ideas have cemented her place as a transformative leader in advertising and beyond. She leads Ogilvy's vast portfolio of services across 124 offices in 88 countries, encompassing Advertising, PR, Consulting, Experience, and Health. Her dynamic leadership is guided by a clear sense of purpose, rooted in the belief that creativity can drive social good and real-world change.

Born and raised in India, Dev’s journey is one of resilience, ambition, and vision. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, she pursued a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Over the years, she has led iconic campaigns that have come to symbolize pivotal societal movements, such as “Fearless Girl,” a cultural beacon for gender equality, and Mastercard’s “True Name” feature, an empowering step forward for the transgender and non-binary community.

Prior to Ogilvy, Bulchandani spent 26 years at McCann, serving as President of McCann North America, where she spearheaded notable campaigns that married brand storytelling with societal impact. Among her standout initiatives are the “Morning After Island” project, which overturned a Honduran ban on emergency contraception, and the “WOMAN CORP” campaign advocating for the Equal Rights Amendment in the United States. Her work with Dove, fighting race-based hair discrimination through the CROWN Act, reflects her unwavering commitment to justice and equality.

In today's rapidly evolving world, creativity has transformed marketing and advertising into a powerful force driving business growth, shaping industries, and influencing societal behavior, culture, and values.
