Titan names Arun Narayan and Kuruvilla Markose as the new CEOs of its jewellery and watches divisions, continuing its leadership renewal.

Titan Company, part of the Tata Group, has announced key leadership transitions as it gears up for its next phase of growth in its jewellery and watches divisions.

Arun Narayan, who currently leads Titan’s Tanishq India business overseeing retail, marketing, and merchandising, will become CEO of the Jewellery Division effective January 1, 2026.

Narayan, a postgraduate from IIM Calcutta and a Tata Administrative Services cadre member, has nearly three decades of experience within the Tata Group and Titan across retail, marketing, and sales. Since April 2020, he has steered the Tanishq India business, having earlier held leadership roles including Regional Business Head (West), Helios Business Head, and National Sales and Retail Head for Titan watches.

Meanwhile, Kuruvilla Markose, currently CEO of Titan’s International Business Division, will succeed Suparna Mitra as CEO of the Watches Division effective August 13, 2025. Markose, who holds an MBA from IIFT New Delhi and a degree in agriculture, joined the Tata Administrative Services in 1995. His career spans nearly 30 years across FMCG, telecom, BPO, consulting, digital, and retail sectors within the Tata Group. Since joining Titan in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer, he has led the company’s international expansion across watches, jewellery, and eyewear.
