Gaurav Mehta, who previously led Noise as chief marketing officer and then as operating director at Rukam Capital, has joined Lilly India as senior director - marketing and strategic capabilities.

Mehta started his career as a project manager at Elephant Design and went on to work across JWT, Brand DNA, iSmart Panache, Yahoo and Zupee.

He holds a post graduate degree in brand management, media, market research and marketing from the Mudra Institute of Communications.
